OMEGA OM60B+C/T 4P AC Surge Protection Device (SPD) is designed to protect three-phase AC electrical installations against transient overvoltages and electrical surges caused by lightning-related disturbances and switching operations. The device features a four-pole configuration for three-phase and neutral (3P+N) electrical distribution systems, providing coordinated surge protection for connected electrical equipment. With a maximum discharge current (Imax) of 60kA and a maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc) of 385V AC, the SPD is designed to divert transient surge currents through the electrical earthing system. The surge protection modules feature visual status indicators that help identify their operating condition. The green indicator shows the normal status, while the red replacement indication identifies a module requiring attention or replacement. The device features a modular construction with replaceable surge protection cartridges, allowing individual modules to be serviced without replacing the complete assembly, subject to cartridge compatibility. Designed for compatible electrical distribution boards, the OMEGA 4P AC SPD is suitable for residential, commercial, industrial and solar inverter AC distribution applications. The device is marked with IEC 61643-11 and provides surge protection when correctly installed with suitable earthing, wiring and upstream protection according to the manufacturer's requirements.
